
The Gould Mountain Bike Team opened its 2020 season on Saturday with a very strong showing in a three-way meet with MAISAD opponents Hebron Academy and Kents Hill School.
The meet was held under sunny skies and warm temperatures at Gould’s Pine Hill trail complex. Senior Zach Hamadeh led the boys’ field with an impressive two-lap time of 36:48, while senior Cassie Pyle led the girls with an impressive two-lap time of 57:53.

Husky riders swept the top ten places with very impressive efforts by Eli Shifrin, Silas Shutty, and Parker Welsh to nab the 2, 3, 4 spots respectively, winning the overall team competition for this season opener.
The Huskies travel to Hebron Academy for their next meet on Saturday, October 17.
