Project Gold

Several Gould Academy Competition Program athletes have recently returned from Project Gold, a training camp at Mt. Hood in Oregon. Project Gold is a successful and progressive snowboardcross camp that identifies potential future Olympians and gives them the opportunity to train alongside current US Snowboard Team members with the best developmental coaches in the USA. Athletes work on the fundamentals, technique, and tactics of snowboardcross racing using two different tracks designed by Head US Snowboard Team coach Peter Foley.
